Melikgazi Municipality carried out asphalt renewal work on an approximately 1 km-long, 17-meter-wide road on Saffet Arıkan Bedük Street in the İldem Fatih neighborhood.

The road renewal work, carried out using 2,500 tons of asphalt, provided citizens with improved transportation comfort.

Melikgazi Municipality was recognized for its work that added value to Melikgazi and met its citizens' needs. Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu, who gathered the information, said, “Our road renovation work, which ensures comfort and safety in transportation in Melikgazi, continues at full speed. In this context, we completed asphalt renovation work on an approximately 1-kilometer-long, 17-meter-wide road on Saffet Arıkan Bedük Street in the Fatih neighborhood of İldem. Our İldem region is a densely populated area. We are renovating and asphalting damaged roads here. Our work will continue within our program. I wish our citizens the best.”

Mayor Palancıoğlu added that they have carried out work in many neighborhoods as part of the road renewal program and have brought quality roads to the public through both infrastructure and superstructure work.
