In 2021, Melikgazi Municipality achieved a significant success in zoning by issuing about 2859 licenses within the framework of the Directorate of Reconstruction and Urbanization.

In 2021, we issued a total of 2859 licenses. The number of licenses has doubled this year compared to last year. Melikgazi is a large district with a planned regular structure and a population of more than many provinces. Therefore, the number of people who want to live here want to buy a house and want to trade has increased as always in 2021. Although the pandemic continues, our efforts continue diligently.
