Melikgazi Municipality, which continues its journey by adding new urban transformation projects that provide a modern look and comfort to social life, is continuing its quality urban transformation works in 11 different regions.

Stating that they broke a record with the urban transformation works they carried out to increase the quality of life of the district and to provide durable and comfortable living spaces, Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu inspected the Yıldırım Beyazıt 2nd Stage Urban Transformation Works on site. President Palancıoğlu, who inspected the park, garden, sidewalk and parking lot arrangements that started after the completion of the 2nd Stage projects in Yıldırım Beyazıt, gave important good news to the citizens. President Palancıoğlu: “Melikgazi, Beyond Being a Brand in Urban Transformation!” President Palancıoğlu, in his statement during the inspection, said the following: He said: “In urban transformation, Melikgazi is more than just a brand. We are a municipality that inspires confidence and where our citizens have a strong demand for urban transformation. In Melikgazi, with a population of 600,000, we are currently carrying out urban transformation in 11 different locations. In this process, we have produced approximately 8,500 apartments and over 650 shops; in total, we have carried out urban transformation in an area of ​​800,000 square meters. Finally, we approved our 3rd Stage project in Kazım Karabekir and we will start signing agreements with approximately 1,250 rights holders within 15 days. Therefore, urban transformation is truly one of the most successful areas carried out by Melikgazi Municipality.”

The Third Phase Will Begin

Stating that the draw for the rightful owners will be held at the end of August, Mayor Palancıoğlu concluded his speech by giving the good news of the 3rd phase:
