Foundations Laid for three Projects Simultaneously in Gültepe Neighbourhood

Continuously evolving with the brand of being 'the most' in Turkey, Melikgazi Municipality, along with philanthropist Ali Başyazıcıoğlu, conducted the ground-breaking ceremony for the Family Health Centre, Mosque, and Quran Course that will be implemented in Gültepe Neighbourhood.

Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu, who reminded that they implement projects according to the needs in Melikgazi, said, "In our Gültepe Neighbourhood, there were demands for renovation and expansion of both the Quran course and the mosque. Today, it is our destiny to lay the foundation here. There have been so many openings and ground breakings in our district that we can't keep up. We have fulfilled the dream of our philanthropist Ali Başyazıcıoğlu. In this area, three facilities including a Family Health Centre, a Quran course, and a mosque will be realized. May Allah bring them all to fruition. I hope that the Başyazıcıoğlu surname will live on here. In our previous efforts and investments, we are the municipality that has made the most investments, built the most schools, health centers, mosques, Quran courses, and parks in Turkey. We have added 3 million square meters of green space and 270 parks to Kayseri and Melikgazi. I hope that our efforts will continue. If it is Allah's will, we are entering the March 31 elections as the candidate for Melikgazi Mayor as both the candidate of the AK Party and the MHP within the People's Alliance. We ask for support from all our nurses, for us, for our Metropolitan Municipality, for Kocasinan, for Talas, and for our other districts. May Allah keep our unity constant. We have served for 5 years in harmony and a good partnership. I hope that from now on, we will continue to serve together in the best possible way. May Allah grant our district many beautiful services. We will continue with a different theme in the new term. We will use the theme of 'First.' We will say 'First family, first youth, first education, and first employment.' In short, we will say 'First human.' Within this framework, we are preparing all our projects. Melikgazi is one of Turkey's most popular municipalities with its works and personnel. I hope that under the leadership of our Metropolitan Municipality, we will elevate the Kayseri municipal model to higher levels with Melikgazi, Kocasinan, Talas, and our other municipalities working hand in hand. Philanthropist Ali Başyazıcıoğlu also stated, "Today, with the grace of God, we are laying the foundation of our Family Health Centre, Mosque, and Quran Course projects, for which we signed the protocol at our Governorate. On the occasion of the groundbreaking ceremony, I wish the Family Health Centre, Mosque, and Quran Course, which we have gathered together for, to be auspicious and prosperous for Melikgazi and Kayseri. Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Memduh Büyükkılıç also made a speech, saying, "We have realized the groundbreaking ceremony of the Ali Başyazıcıoğlu Family Health Centre, Mosque, and Quran Course. I wish these beautiful investments, complementing each other and necessary for our neighbourhood and city, to be auspicious. I would like to thank our hardworking, diligent, and passionate mayor of Melikgazi, Mustafa Palancıoğlu. May Allah be pleased with everyone who supports our beautiful city with these beautiful services. I thank Ali Başyazıcıoğlu, who contributed to the construction of these three beautiful facilities, and our municipality.

AK Party Kayseri Deputy Şaban Çopuroğlu remarked, "If Mayor Mustafa Palancıoğlu waits a little longer, he might as well inaugurate it as well. The work seems to be almost finished, maşallah. I do not think there is such a complex in any other city. It has become a healing centre-like facility. It combines both worldly and spiritual healing. May God increase the blessings of this good deed in our Kayseri. May these three investments be auspicious for our district and Kayseri.

MHP Deputy Chairman and Kayseri Deputy İsmail Özdemir praised Mayor Palancıoğlu with the following words: "Our Mayor Mustafa Palancıoğlu, like us, comes from an engineering background, an academician. He works professionally to bring service to Melikgazi, implementing successful projects in terms of urban planning and local governance day by day, utilizing his academic knowledge and international experiences. I thank Mayor Mustafa Palancıoğlu for reflecting the conditions of the future without erasing the traces of the past. Behind this investment, there is a madrasah left from the Eretna Principality. Köşk Medrese. Here, another complex is being built with a health centre and mosque. Bringing these services here requires a conscience and intellectual assessment, and I thank them for achieving this. I hope that this project will be an exemplary one. Our Mayor has very reputable projects. It seems that he is working with the understanding of how to bring his academic knowledge, combined with what he has seen in Europe, to our city. It is not easy to be a mayor in a district with a population of over 600,000, but you are worthy of this land in every aspect. May God be pleased with you all.
