Reinforcing its record investments in the district with urban transformation projects, Melikgazi Municipality held the Apartment Delivery and Lottery Ceremony for eligible citizens within the scope of the Battalgazi Neighborhood (Küçükali) 2nd Stage Urban Transformation Project.

With the goal of creating a safe, modern and more livable district in Melikgazi, the municipality is resolutely continuing its urban transformation efforts. Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. reminded that they continued Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, “In our district, our urban transformation efforts continue in many different areas. Urban transformation is a very challenging process from start to finish, and it requires a lot of effort. Therefore, I would like to thank all my team members for their efforts. Now, Aydınlıkevler, Yıldırım Beyazıt, and Kazım Karabekir neighborhoods are next. We are starting our 3rd phase of work in Kazım Karabekir neighborhood. This area is approximately 100,000 square meters. Talking to and reaching an agreement with nearly 1000 shareholders is truly a big and difficult task. Today, we held the final draw for the rights holders in Küçükali neighborhood. We handed over the apartments to 23 rights holders through the draw. We are also planning a beautiful park and social facility in Küçükali neighborhood. These investments will add great value to our neighborhood. I wish our citizens who received their apartments through the draw good luck with their homes and hope they enjoy living in them. May God make it auspicious.” he said.

Mayor Palancıoğlu, who conducted the first draw in the program, wished the rightful owner whose name was drawn good luck with their new home.
