“Melikgazi Municipality Mürüvvet-Saadettin Türkkan Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic Opened for Service”

Melikgazi Municipality, which has achieved record services with the projects it has implemented in the field of health, provides modern and high-quality health services to the people of the district. Melikgazi Municipality inaugurated the Mürüvvet-Saadettin Türkkan Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic, an important investment that will facilitate access to services.

Selçuklu Neighborhood Headwoman Hatice Bağırgan thanked Mayor Mustafa Palancıoğlu and the benefactor for the services provided to her neighborhood and for the dental polyclinic.

6 More Health Centers to be Built in Melikgazi

Mürüvvet-Saadettin Türkkan Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic Stating that they will meet a great need with its commissioning, Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, “We actually planned this as a family health center and we did so. But when the population decreased here, considering the congestion at Hürriyet Dental Hospital, we decided with our Provincial Health Directorate to turn this health center into an oral and dental health polyclinic. We filled a large gap with 8 dental units here. Our citizens here will be able to easily receive services from this health center without getting stuck in traffic or going far away. As Melikgazi Municipality, we provide tremendous service in all 58 of our neighborhoods without any discrimination. We have built 16 health centers in 7 years. In the meeting we had with our Provincial Health Director, the need for health centers in 6 more locations emerged. We will build 2 of them with our philanthropists, God willing. We are implementing our projects hand in hand with our philanthropists who want to support our projects, regardless of the amount. As a municipality, we do all kinds of work from the architectural project to the construction. We have built the most schools, health centers, and mosques in Türkiye. And we are the municipality that builds parks and Quran courses. The number of our parks has exceeded 350. If a study were done on the city that provides the best municipal services in Türkiye, Kayseri would be the clear winner. Kayseri is number one in Türkiye in terms of generosity and philanthropy. People who want to do good deeds and have money ask our municipality how they can invest and how they can pave the way for them. May God grant all our philanthropists abundant and lawful earnings. May our Oral and Dental Health Center be beneficial to our district.” He said.

Expressing their happiness, philanthropist Saadettin Türkkan also gave a speech, saying, “I thank our hardworking Mayor of Melikgazi, Mustafa Palancıoğlu, and my wife, Mürüvvet Türkkan, who did not leave me alone on the journey. Thank God. May God grant health and healing to everyone who will benefit from this. Mayor Mustafa Palancıoğlu made a great contribution. I thank him the most.” he said.

The Provincial Health Director, Dr., emphasized that the polyclinic will meet a very serious need in the region. Mehmet Erşan also said, “Approximately 40,000 of our citizens live in this area, therefore, evaluating this need, we implemented this project together with our esteemed Melikgazi Mayor. Thank you, they always provide support. We have brought it to this point with a serious transformation inside and by providing its furnishings and materials. It started providing services about 2 weeks ago. The residents of this area will receive services from here without having to go to a distant location. All services that will be provided within the oral and dental health hospital, except for surgeries, will be provided here. 8 dentists will be on duty. A total of 18 people will serve our citizens. May it be auspicious and successful.” The Metropolitan Municipality Mayor, Dr. Mehmet Erşan, began his speech by thanking those who contributed to the project. Memduh Büyükkılıç said, “This is a beautiful service area that we believe will serve hundreds of thousands of people in our beautiful neighborhood known as Eskişehir Bağları, which includes the Ottoman, Seljuk and Danişmentgazi Neighborhoods, and can also easily embrace our Battalgazi Neighborhood. Kayseri Governor Gökmen Çiçek, stating that Kayseri's philanthropy cannot be questioned, expressed the following:

While we are constantly striving to create new centers in oral and dental health, the opening of this place is very valuable for us.
