Mayor Doç. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu of Melikgazi Municipality will meet with citizens in neighbourhoods every week through the Mobile Mayor application.

Mayor Palancıoğlu introduced the Mobile Mayor Application, through which he will meet with citizens on specified days of the week, listen to their requests and suggestions face-to-face, and ensure faster actions based on their feedback.

Mayor Palancıoğlu announced that the first Mobile Mayor event would take place on Thursday, June 27th at 17:00 in Anafartalar Neighbourhood, inviting citizens to chat, have tea, and share their requests. He said, "As Melikgazi Municipality, we are launching many initiatives to serve our citizens. Our new initiative is the 'Mobile Mayor' application. Through our communication centre and our WhatsApp reporting line, citizens already communicate their requests to our municipality very quickly. We aim to accelerate this process even further. We are already closely connected with our citizens, but to be even closer, we are launching a new initiative in our neighbourhoods. Our first event will take place this Thursday at 17:00 in front of Latif Başkal Mosque, near the Belsin Kürsü Bus Stop in Anafartalar Neighbourhood. We invite all citizens to join us. We will be there with our Mobile Mayor vehicle and our technical team. Instead of asking citizens to come to the municipality, we will go to them, listen to their requests, have tea together, engage in conversations, and strive to address their needs.
