Wishing that the month of Ramadan brings blessings to all humanity, especially the Islamic world, Mayor Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, "The month of Ramadan, full of grace, blessings, forgiveness and mercy, is the most sacred month where grudges are forgotten and our faces smile. In this month, where mutual assistance and solidarity are experienced at their peak, the doors of mercy are opened wide. In this holy month, tables of brotherhood are set up and unity and togetherness are further strengthened. In Melikgazi district, we continue our work to experience the spiritual atmosphere of Ramadan with our fellow citizens, based on the understanding of social municipality. This year, we will set up iftar tents at three different locations: Melikgazi Municipality Parking Area, Recep Mamur Soup Kitchen, and Özhaseki Soup Kitchen. We will host thousands of our citizens in these tents, and hopefully, we will showcase one of the most beautiful examples of solidarity. In addition, we will continue to increase the food aid we routinely provide to needy families throughout the year during the month of Ramadan, and hopefully, we will share the blessings of this month of mercy together. We look forward to welcoming our brothers and sisters to our iftars, with whom we will share our communal meal. On this occasion, I hope that all the prayers to be made in this blessed month, which also includes the Night of Power, which is better than a thousand months, will be accepted, and I congratulate our fellow citizens and the entire Islamic world on the month of Ramadan.” he said.
