Melikgazi Municipality continues its road construction, maintenance and asphalt paving works without slowing down in order to increase the transportation comfort of the district.

In this context, a feverish work was carried out on Orhangazi Street in Hunat Neighborhood, the city center, where the infrastructure has been completed.

Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu inspected the asphalt works that started at night to ensure that transportation is not disrupted, traffic congestion is avoided, and citizens are not disturbed. President Palancıoğlu stated that they are bringing asphalt to the areas where infrastructure works have been completed, and made the following statements: “There were areas in Hunat Neighborhood, Orhangazi Street that needed asphalt and repair. Since there is a high density of citizens and vehicles in the city center, we complete the work in the early hours of the morning. The city center is important to us, just like every other area. In this area, we are carrying out the work at night so as not to disturb our citizens. We are carrying out the work that has begun. Our asphalt work will continue in various areas in the city center. We kindly ask our citizens not to damage the asphalt by cutting or puncturing it. This summer, our asphalt work will continue intensively, just like last year. There is a high demand for asphalt work, especially with the increase in houses with gardens. The demand is increasing because there is a lot of construction in Eğribucak, Kıranadı, Hisarcık, Erenköy, Gesi and other neighborhoods.
