Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu inspected the construction of the "Kocatepe Social Facility and Quran Course," which will be built in Kocatepe Neighborhood in collaboration with the Melikgazi Municipality and philanthropists.

Mayor Palancıoğlu, who is frequently in the news for his inclusive and quality investments in children, youth, women, and retirees, said, “Education is important to us, our women, our children are important to us. 2025, in particular, was declared the "Year of the Family" by our President. We have already been working on this for years, and we have added additional projects. The social facility and Quran course we will be building in Kocatepe Neighborhood will serve as a ten-classroom school. Here, the upper floor will be for women, and the lower floor will be for children, God willing. It will be used as an educational center. We implemented it together with our benefactor, and it was a project we cherished and cared for. Our children and women will receive excellent education here. I thank all our friends who contributed. I also thank our benefactors for their contributions. As Melikgazi Municipality, we are working to expand these types of services to all our neighborhoods. I wish them success.”
