In the February 2024 Melikgazi District Consultative Assembly meeting, Mayor Assoc. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu attended and presented the record-breaking services accomplished in Melikgazi over the past 5 years.

Mayor Assoc. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu emphasized that all neighbourhoods in Melikgazi have received and will continue to receive services. He said, "Mashallah, the enthusiasm of our youth branch is wonderful. The future will be shaped by them. If we want to leave a bigger and stronger Turkey for future generations, and if we want to elevate our civilization once again, we need to work with the same understanding. I thank our organization members for embracing me for 5 years. In this election, hopefully, we will break records upon records. We will not leave a hand unshaken, or a heart untouched, and we will represent this cause in the best possible way. Since provincial head Fatih Üzüm took office, he has embraced everyone and shaken everyone's hand. Together, we will raise the bar for service and create an epic for Kayseri. We provide the most qualified and genuine municipal services in Kayseri, and we will continue to do so. With our women's branches, youth branches, and all our organization, we will hopefully set a record by going door to door. Hopefully, we will carry out projects in Melikgazi that will be exemplary to Turkey's youth. We have brought many beautiful and high-quality projects to our district. As the municipality that has built the most schools in Turkey, we have provided 21 schools to our district in 5 years. We have established 15 Akıl Küpü  libraries, 18 mosques, 9 Quran courses, 15 health centres, 270 new parks, 15 social facilities, and restored 16 buildings, and built 600 kilometres of asphalt roads in the district. We have accomplished massive urban transformation projects in the district. In 5 years, we have built 70 blocks and 2634 apartments. There is no other district municipality investing more than Melikgazi in Turkey. This term, we will say 'Family First,' hopefully. I wish our Melikgazi District Consultative Assembly meeting to be auspicious for our party, our city, and our country."

AK Party Melikgazi District Chairman Tayyar Şahin stated, "Melikgazi district is the apple of Kayseri's eye. It is bigger than many provinces. As the entire organization, we continue our work and activities. Mustafa Palancıoğlu, our Mayor, has always been by our side while carrying out these activities. He has brought great projects to our district, making us proud. We are one big family. I also thank our Provincial Chairman, Mr. Fatih Üzüm, who has always guided us. On March 31, 2024, both our Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Candidate, Memduh Büyükkılıç, and our Melikgazi Municipality Mayor Candidate, Mr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu, will win with record votes. We are ready to leave our mark on March 31, 2024."

Mayor of Metropolitan Municipality Memduh Büyükkılıç stated, "We will continue on the path of unity without division. A strong voice will emerge from Turkey, and in Kayseri, Melikgazi, and other districts, we will strengthen the hand of our President with record votes. All our municipalities have been running from service to service. I wish the Melikgazi District Consultative Assembly meeting all the best.

Kayseri Deputy Murat Cahid Cıngı also delivered a speech, saying, "The entire organization of Melikgazi is working selflessly for this country, for this city. The votes in Melikgazi have consistently increased to bring us to where we are today. Serious services have been provided in Kayseri. Our Mayor Memduh and Mayor Palancıoğlu have contributed with very beautiful services that will add value to our district. I thank the entire organization and wish them success.

AK Party Kayseri Provincial Chairman Fatih Üzüm also made a speech, stating: "Whoever takes office with us does it properly. This brings success. I thank our Mayor Mustafa Palancıoğlu for his conversation, vision, and stance. We have a very valuable mayor. With this active organization, we will ensure that both our Mayor Memduh and our Mayor Mustafa win with record votes in the elections. I wish our District Consultative Assembly meeting all the best."
