The construction of the second Akıl Küpü Library, which is being built by Melikgazi Municipality in İldem Gesi Fatih Neighbourhood, is nearing completion.

Melikgazi Municipality Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu stated that they are continuing their efforts diligently to quickly bring together the second Akıl Küpü Library with the youth in İldem. Our Akıl Küpü Libraries have become popular places where our youth can add value to their lives, study, socialize, and have become popular places to visit daily. As known, within 5 years, we increased the number of libraries serving in many parts of our district to 15 as Melikgazi Municipality. The number of students benefiting from our Akıl Küpü Libraries has exceeded 40,000. There is an overwhelming interest. We have libraries where we extend working hours. Therefore, we are increasing the number of our libraries that provide quality services and comfort to our youth with their equipment. Our 'İldem Cumhuriyet Neighbourhood Akıl Küpü Library' in İldem Region continues to provide services to both young people and adults. Due to the high population density and high demand for our libraries, we are adding another library to our İldem Region. Our youth are eagerly awaiting the opening. We continue our efforts diligently and swiftly for them. The construction of our library, which will provide privileged services with special reading rooms, computer rooms, and relaxation areas, is rapidly progressing. I hope that it will be completed in a short time and we will meet with our youth. Congratulations to İldem Region and Melikgazi.
