Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu celebrated the Collective Bargaining Agreement signed as a result of negotiations between Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, Melikgazi Municipality, Kocasinan Municipality and Talas Municipality and the Hizmet-İş Union with the workers.

Environmental Protection, Veterinary, Zero Waste, Transportation and Machinery Supply employees working at Melikgazi Municipality İnecik Facilities and Cleaning, Transportation,Neighborhood AffairsMayor Palancıoğlu, who paid a congratulatory visit to the employees of the Neighborhood Affairs, wished that the improvements made in wages and social rights within the scope of the contract would be beneficial and said the following:

“Melikgazi Our Municipality and Hizmet-İş The Collective Bargaining Agreement signed between the unions, may it be auspicious and blessed. May God grant you and your family a life of abundance. My Vice Presidents, my unit managers, have contributed to this process we have carried out. We have reached an agreement in harmony with the Hizmet-İş Union and Kayseri Metropolitan, Melikgazi, Kocasinan, and Talas Municipalities. Kayseri is a paradise of Turkey in terms of municipal activities. With your support, we live in a very beautiful city. You are on the field day and night in the fight against snow, you provide valuable services in parks and gardens, and you work with dedication in transportation and other areas. Melikgazi is a large district. I thank you for your efforts with dedication and hard work in every field. We need to hold on tightly to our paradise country. We need to do our job in the best way. May God open the way for our leaders who serve, especially our President Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Our Melikgazi Municipality is one of the most beautiful municipalities in Turkey. Debt We are a municipality that doesn't have any loans. Since the day I took office, we haven't taken out any loans. Next week, we will hold a tender with no interest, no price increase, a 25% down payment, and 36 equal installments. We are pioneering urban transformation projects. We are the municipality that has built the most schools, family health centers, libraries, Quran courses, and mosques in Turkey. We are carrying out important afforestation efforts with the slogan "We are planting trees, not saplings." We are purchasing new vehicles for service.
