Mayor of Melikgazi, Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu held a consultation meeting with the Directorate of Urban Transformation and License and Inspection on the determination of immovable belonging to the municipality to be auctioned for sale or rent.

   Stating that they continue to work towards increasing income in order to provide the best services to the citizens of Melikgazi, President Dr. Palancioğlu said, “We continue our intensive work. In this context, we held a meeting with the personnel of the relevant directorate. We are clarifying our real estate for sale and rental, which we will go out to rent and tender in the coming months.

Together with the decisions you will take from the parliament and the committee, we will invite our citizens to the tender and rent or sell these immovable. Hopefully, we will increase our income in this way. As Melikgazi Municipality, our income increasing activities are always at the forefront. In order to be able to serve, our incomes need to increase and we are struggling to provide the best service to our citizens of Melikgazi.
