Melikgazi Municipality continues to deliver the completed blocks to the rightful owners in Kazım Karabekir neighbourhood. 20 flats out of 44 flats in 1 block were drawn and the keys were delivered. 

    Stating that they have created comfortable living spaces for the citizens of Melikgazi with their parks, roads and health facilities, Mayor of Melikgazi Dr. Mustafa Palancioğlu said, “Kazım Karabekir Neighbourhood is being renewed. Our beneficiaries get their brand new flats in the urban transformation blocks built by our municipality. We are realizing our urban transformation projects by making important investments for our Melikgazi. Our urban transformation works, which we have realized by acting with a modern city understanding, continue. Within the scope of Karabekir Urban Transformation Project, we drew lots for 20 flats out of 44 flats in 1 block and delivered the keys to the beneficiaries. Our Melikgazi Municipality is one of the municipalities that performs the most important function in urban transformation, not only in Kayseri, but also in Turkey. In Kazım Karabekir Neighbourhood, the urban texture is being renewed and a completely different modern neighbourhood emerges. We continue to produce quality services for the comfort of our citizens. We are trying to meet the needs by completing our urban transformation projects together with its park, mosque and health centres. I wish our citizens who have the right to have a good home, and I wish them to live in happiness and health."
