Melikgazi Municipality opened the 20 meters wide and 4 kilometres long connection road on the way to Mimarsinan Organized Industrial Zone and started preparations for asphalt works.

    Mayor of Melikgazi Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said that with this new connection road, trucks and articulated lorry will directly exit to Malatya road without entering the settlement area of Mimarsinan neighbourhood.

    Mayor of Melikgazi Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu, who examined the road with the technical team and received information from the authorities, “We are in the Mimarsinan Organized Industrial Zone, we are making our 2-kilometer side road that will relieve this place. We continue to work rapidly on our connection road, which is 4 kilometres in total, including the round-trip direction. This is rocky ground. We have been doing ground breaking work here for about 6 months. We've reached the final stage.We will start asphalt work soon. We will do it in a left and right afforestation.With the end of the road, trucks and articulated lorry will pass here and relieve the traffic of the region. It was a costly business. We will open it and after that bring into service. Our industrialists are very important to us, thousands of people are employed there.We provide our best support to our industrialists. We will start the road service for them shortly.” said.
