Gluten-free culinary course organized by Melikgazi Municipality for patients with celiac allergy and their relatives is of great interest.

In this way, our celiac patients can now taste different tastes with what they have learned and done. Celiac disease is a gluten allergy. People with gluten allergies cannot consume any of the products such as wheat, barley, rye and oats. Celiac patients, who cannot find gluten-free products in grocery stores and on the market and whose lives have become quite difficult, attend these courses and learn to prepare their favourite foods themselves, from bread to cake, pastry, with gluten-free ingredients. They discover it in new recipes by trial and error. We are providing training so that Kayseri can also cook their own meals. Our course, which has been going on for about 4 years, has achieved more than 90 percent success. We welcome everyone who wants to eat gluten-free to our course." said.
