Mayor of Melikgazi Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said that in Yıldırım Beyazıt Neighborhood, wreckers have moved to the newly built Wreckers Site, and that environmental and visual pollution has been eliminated. 

Stating that as Melikgazi Municipality, they have achieved great services, The Mayor Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, “We have cleared this area where wreckers are located. Since this place is in the city center, it created a pollution to the environment and visually. At the point between Sivas Street and Hulusi Akar Boulevard, we moved our tradesmen, who earned their bread with the purchase and sale of construction wreckage, to their new location. Our tradesmen looked warm at our idea of moving them to a more qualified place, they did not offend us. With their support, we moved them to the newly built area in Yeşilyurt. It turned out to be a really nice environment visually. We cleaned this place, now it looks dust, but the excavations have been completely removed. It has become beautifully immaculate. Therefore, the visual pollution in the city center has disappeared. Our wreckers continue their work in their new places in Yeşilyurt District. Nobody was a victim. I wish it to be beneficial. " said.
