Melikgazi Municipality, which continues its digitalization efforts and artificial intelligence integration without slowing down, shared its future digital roadmap with all levels of management and personnel. In the interactive presentation conducted by the Research and Development Directorate, internal digitalization steps, ULAKBEL integration, and the effective use of artificial intelligence in municipal services were discussed.

One ​​of the most important topics highlighted at the meeting was MEGA, the artificial intelligence assistant implemented by Melikgazi Municipality within its own structure. It was emphasized that MEGA, which was quickly integrated into corporate processes, has become capable of handling one-third of the workload, especially in communication with citizens and bureaucratic processes, all by itself. Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. stated that the integration of the ULAKBEL system and MEGA provides citizens with uninterrupted communication opportunities 24/7. Mustafa Palancıoğlu stated the following: “Thanks to the artificial intelligence solutions developed by our Research and Development Directorate and our MEGA assistant, we have significantly reduced the workload of our municipality. This system, which is part of our digitalization vision, allows our personnel to focus on more strategic areas by freeing them from routine operations. We are managing Melikgazi not only with today's technology but also with the technology of the future.” In the final part of the meeting, it was stated that completely domestic and innovative software will be implemented in data analytics, smart city applications and process automation, and that Melikgazi will be a leading municipality in digitalization.
