Melikgazi Municipality, enriching the social life of the residents with social and cultural services, is nearing completion of the Gülük Social Facility in Gülük Neighbourhood, which will meet the needs of the region. The facility includes the Akıl Küpü Library, İkinci Bahar House, MELMEK , nursery, cafeteria, fitness centre, and many other areas.

Stating that they stand by the residents of the district in every aspect of life, from education to health, culture to art, with the services they provide, Mayor of Melikgazi Assoc. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu says, "Living in Melikgazi is a privilege with the many services we have implemented in our district. Our social facility caters to every age group. It includes the Akıl Küpü Library, İkinci Bahar House, MELMEK, nursery, cafeteria, and fitness centre, among many other areas. This truly became a unique project. The centre of the building will be the nursery, with classrooms for MELMEK and the library on the upper floors, creating a beautiful centre. Women visiting the social facility will be able to comfortably leave their children at our nursery and engage in sports or courses. This facility will add a different value to our Gülük Neighbourhood and will be a beautiful facility. It will meet the needs of this area as a social facility. I wish it to be beneficial.
