Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu met with Kayseri High School teachers and students as part of the "Career Days" program held at Kayseri High School.

Mayor Palancıoğlu, who shared his knowledge and experience with young people, also celebrated Teachers' Day on November 24th.

Young people who benefited from Mayor Palancıoğlu's knowledge and experience for their career paths at Kayseri High School, a significant part of the city's cultural heritage, thanked Mayor Palancıoğlu.

Mayor Palancıoğlu thanked the teachers and students who contributed to the program and said; It's been nearly 40 years since we graduated from Kayseri High School. Perhaps some of you will graduate and later become the mayor of Melikgazi, a member of parliament, a high-ranking executive, or a minister. Our school, our mayors, members of parliament, principals, and association presidents worked tirelessly to ensure Kayseri High School recaptured the era we graduated from and achieved success, and they were quite successful. Now, Kayseri High School has once again become one of the most important high schools in Kayseri. We thank everyone who contributed. May God grant you, our valued students, good fortune and a bright future. Our teachers have many things to share with you; but as mayor, we also have had many experiences outside of university and the educational community. I place great importance on education. One of the biggest reasons for this is actually my academic background. I am a faculty member at Erciyes University's Faculty of Engineering. I worked there. I studied and completed my master's degree in the Department of Surveying Engineering at Istanbul Yıldız Technical University. I completed my doctorate in the United States. I then returned to Turkey and served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surveying Engineering at Erciyes University. I then received the title of Associate Professor in Surveying Engineering in 2023. Education is very important. In this context, we have brought a record number of educational investments to our district. This program has made us very happy. I thank all the teachers and students who contributed to the program. We are always ready for our youth. On this occasion, I once again extend my warmest wishes to our valued teachers on November 24th, Teachers' Day. he said.

President Palancıoğlu stated that the program, held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, not only answered the students' questions but also increased their energy and motivation.
