18 More Opening Ceremonies and 8 More Groundbreaking Ceremonies from a Service-Producing Municipality…
Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, “Mumcular School, located in our Esentepe neighborhood, is a very old school. Therefore, we needed to build a new school so we could move Mumcular. The land for this school was a service area belonging to our municipality. Since there was no additional land available, we changed the zoning plan and converted it into a school area. We encouraged the Ulubaş family to build a school here. Now, thankfully, we are building our school in the name of Mustafa Ulubaş here.
Our school cost approximately 60-70 million TL. We are not only building a school here; we have also opened a 30-meter road. Upon completion of construction, we will connect the road to Girne Şehitler Street, paving the way for the emergence of a new axis. We are the municipality that has built the most schools in Turkey. Aviation High School is the most important high school among these schools. In the coming days, we will be both laying the groundwork and opening the new schools.
Children are our future. One of the most important issues for families is their children's education.” We are also preparing the infrastructure to ensure our children receive the best possible education. We recently opened the Akıl Küpü Library and health center in this neighborhood. Now, we are laying the foundation for a mosque here again. There are new demands and needs arising from this. We will fulfill those needs as we secure the budget and land. I would like to thank the Ulubaş family, Mr. Adnan, Mr. Mustafa, and Mr. Bilal. May God grant us the safe completion. I intend for the children who will grow up here to be young people who will have a say in the future of Turkey. We are currently opening 15 schools, mosques, health centers, libraries, and youth centers. We also have 8 groundbreaking programs. May God protect us from evil. We are doing more than enough. Our benefactors trust us. We are doing good work with both our charitable and municipal budgets. I hope our school will be a blessing and auspicious for the Esentepe neighborhood and Melikgazi. he said.
Company representative Ahmet Yariz, speaking on behalf of philanthropist Adnan Ulubaş, said, “I extend Adnan Ulubaş's greetings. Greetings to Kayseri, who spend what they earn from this land, and who compete with each other for charity. I hope we will also have the opportunity to open it. I wish our school well.” he said.
Provincial Director of National Education Coşkun Esen also delivered a speech, saying, “This school to be built by the Melikgazi Municipality is capable of addressing the educational problems that will arise in an important neighborhood of our province. Undoubtedly, the quality of education is the same as the quality of the people of this country. Education is what will build a child. Kayseri is one of the cities with strong educational strengths. I extend my sincere gratitude to Mayor Mustafa for transforming the municipality's own service area into a school investment. May it bring good luck and prosperity.”
AK Party Kayseri Deputy Mr. Bayar Özsoy also delivered a speech, saying, “Maşallah, we can't keep up with President Mustafa's pace. We are holding many groundbreaking and opening ceremonies in Melikgazi. I hope we will all be able to open this school together again. Education is very important. We desperately need these schools and quality education. I would like to take this opportunity to wish all our youth and children success and hope that our school will be beneficial.” he said.
Kayseri Governor Gökmen Çiçek said the following:
“There are 325,000 students in Kayseri. There are 23,000 teachers. We have an educational army in Kayseri. The rapid development of urbanization also increases the need for schools. One of our opportunities in Kayseri is that we have philanthropists.” Kayseri is a city consistently remembered for its loyalty.
May God have mercy on Uncle Mustafa Ulubaş. May God bless you all.
Melikgazi is the municipality that has built the most schools in Turkey. Our philanthropists trust our Mayor and Melikgazi and want to carry out these charitable works together.
We congratulate and applaud Mayor Mustafa. I hope that Mustafa Ulubaş Primary School will be a blessing for Esentepe, Melikgazi, and Kayseri.
