Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu inspected the asphalt paving work that began in the area containing the Battalgazi Neighborhood's second-stage urban transformation blocks. He then greeted the neighborhood residents and tradespeople.

On the approximately 3 kilometers of new roads, 9,000 square meters of pedestrian paths and parking lots, as well as 7,200 meters of curb work, were completed.

Mayor Palancıoğlu reminded everyone that work continues uninterrupted in many neighborhoods to make transportation more comfortable and safe in Melikgazi, saying, “As the Melikgazi Municipality, we are carrying out urban transformation projects in many areas. Battalgazi (Küçükali) Neighborhood, 2nd Stage Urban Transformation The blocks in our project are finished. Infrastructure work has been completed. After all infrastructure work is completed, including natural gas, water, electricity, sewer, telephone, and rainwater lines, we are continuing paving and asphalt work. Some of the asphalt work in the area has been completed, and the remaining sections are being asphalted. We are carrying out an urban transformation project here for approximately 1,000 apartments. This area is very close to completion. After the second phase is completed, we will begin work on the third and fourth phases. Therefore, this neighborhood is becoming much more beautiful. May God grant the beneficiaries who purchase apartments here health and peace. I thank all my dedicated colleagues for their efforts. May our new roads be beneficial.”
