He said that feeding activities were carried out in 336 different areas for stray animals that have difficulty in finding food due to the curfew applied throughout Turkey between April 29 and May 17, 2021.Stating that stray animals are not alone in the curfew by providing food support by the municipality teams, The Mayor Dr. Mustafa Palancioğlu said, “Necessary work is being done to ensure that friends with paws do not go hungry during the closure process.
Our teams, who regularly leave dry food and feed, refresh the water in the water containers of street animals. The teams, who also check the health of the animals during the distribution of food, take those in need of treatment and care to the Metropolitan Municipality Stray Animal Care and Rehabilitation Center for treatment.” said.
The Mayor Palancioglu added that cute friends are not unclaimed and that teams are working to support and help.Animal lovers thanking for his support.
