Melikgazi Municipality, which continues its successful urban transformation works by adding new ones, will organize a tender in return for flats for a total of 114 flats and 4 shops in Battalgazi and Anbar Neighborhoods.

The tender for 58 flats in Battalgazi Neighborhood will be held on Thursday, May 29 at 14:00, and the tender for 56 flats and 4 shops in Anbar Neighborhood will be held on Tuesday, June 3 at 14:30.

Continuing his efforts to ensure that citizens living in Melikgazi live in much better conditions, in durable and modern apartments, Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu, inviting the contractor companies to the tender, said the following:

Urban transformation is one of the issues that we care about the most. While ensuring that our citizens live comfortably in comfortable, earthquake-resistant, modern structures, we also strive to renew the appearance of Melikgazi, which we add beauty to every passing day.
