Melikgazi Municipality laid the foundation of Hüseyin-Kadriye Güner Primary School with 12 classrooms to be built in Tavlusun District with charitable cooperation.

          Saying that they have brought many schools to Melikgazi, the Mayor of Melikgazi, Dr. Mustafa Palancioğlu said, "Currently, the work of 14 schools continues. We are laying the foundations in many areas. We have works from Altınoluk to Tavlusun.We are working day and night to meet the needs of Melikgazi such as schools, mosques and health centers. This school is one of them. We will give the name of this school as Hüseyin-Kadriye Güner Primary School. With the completion of the development work of Tavlusun in our region, we decided that we could do a school work after the land was passed to us. We hope to bring a best Primary School with 12 classrooms to our Tavlusun Neighborhood. We will build this school in cooperation with our municipality and our philanthropist. Allah may be pleased with Mr. Saffet Arslan, he was instrumental in this work. After all, he is Kayseri's source of pride and philanthropist. In the future, I hope we will join hands and realize different projects together. By laying the foundation of the school, we say bismillah today. Hopefully by the end of the summer, we will complete our rough construction to a large extent and finish it next year. Allah May bless him. I hope that our young people who will study here will be beneficial to our country and Kayseri. Again, I would like to thank our philanthropist, Mr. Saffet and Mrs. Kadriye Arslan. I would like to thank Mr. President and Melikgazi Municipality for their priority in education." 

         Philanthropist Businessman Saffet Arslan said, "Maybe this school would not have been put into practice yet if our municipality had not established the infrastructure that had allocated such a land by implementing the zoning application. If the next generation will be good, it is necessary to give good education. I hope our children will grow up well here and contribute to Turkey tomorrow. Good luck to Tavlusun."
