Melikgazi Municipality will sell a total of 26 plots of land owned by it on Tuesday, August 24, with a tender. Comprehensive information on the tenders was announced to the public with the published advertisement.

        Giving information about the lands to be sold by auction method at 16:00 at the Melikgazi Municipality Theater Hall, the Mayor of Melikgazi, Dr. Mustafa Palancioğlu said, "We are putting up 26 plots of land for sale in order to create resources for our services and investments.These real estate’s we put up for sale will be turned into investments in our district. Our investments and new projects will increase the quality of life of Melikgazi residents. Our lands are located in Erenköy, Becen, Eğribucak, Hisarcık, Gesi, Mimarsinan, Kayabağ and Ağırnas and consist of residential and vineyard land. We welcome all citizens who want to participate in our tender, which will be held on Tuesday, August 24, to our municipality. I wish good luck to our citizens who will buy their land in advance," he said.
