Melikgazi Municipality, which has implemented its environmentally friendly project in Altınoluk Neighborhood, which will be an example in the district with its social living areas, green texture and social interaction opportunities, is rapidly progressing with its Yatay Architectural project consisting of 120 garden houses.

They will implement an exemplary site for Kayseri President Palancıoğlu, who inspected the construction site, said the following:

“120 2-storey garden houses in our Altınoluk Neighborhood will be one of the most beautiful examples of horizontal architecture. It is one of our projects that excites me a lot. Our project will include social facilities, parks in front of and behind the houses. It is very easy to reach. It is very close to the city center. I hope this place will be an exemplary site for Kayseri. Our 2 companies had won the tender. They are progressing very quickly. It will be a place that many people will prefer to live in with its location, workmanship, project, room designs, children's playgrounds, landscaping, parking lot, gardens, solar power plant on the roof and also rainwater collection area. Everything a family needs has been considered. I would like to thank our contractor friends, they are working very well. Especially, having 120 garden houses in a site will help to strengthen neighborhood and family communication and create a neighborhood environment. I think that we will be an example as Melikgazi Municipality. Our contractors will spread various versions of similar projects in Melikgazi. It was the first project we did in horizontal architecture as a municipality. Hopefully, we will spread it in our district. Right now, the demand and satisfaction of our citizens are at the highest level. Our district will become much more beautiful and much more livable.
