Noting that all processes, from design and software development to data management and technical integration, are carried out and implemented by the municipality's own Research and Development Directorate, Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, "As Melikgazi Municipality, we serve our citizens in accordance with today's and technological requirements. As a municipality that continues its digital transformation efforts with determination, our citizens can complete many transactions online without having to visit the municipality. Furthermore, to provide faster and easier access for our citizens, we have consolidated all our social facilities at https://tesisler.melikgazi.bel.tr. Many facilities, including intellectual libraries, technology workshops, soup kitchens, gyms, cafes, second spring houses, course centers, and a toy library, can now be comprehensively explored on a single platform. Thanks to the newly created platform, our citizens will be able to easily access all information on a single page, from the general features of the facilities to their addresses and contact information, from service hours to courses and events. Furthermore, online applications and registrations for the services offered at the facilities can also be completed quickly and conveniently on the same platform. All of our facilities offer a wide range of services that appeal to citizens of all ages. "We are building a strong infrastructure in many areas, from social life to education, sports to cultural activities. This platform will be regularly updated and further enhanced with new features over time.
