Football Fields Being Built in 3 Separate Neighborhoods

Melikgazi Municipality, which provides exemplary service with modern football fields it has brought to neighborhoods to help young people live healthy lives and become more social individuals, is building football fields in 3 separate neighborhoods.

Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. said that while they create sports fields, they also want to strengthen social solidarity and neighborhood culture. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, "We have built 21 football fields in our district in 6.5 years. We love our young people and prioritize creating facilities and fields where they can be happy and enjoy themselves. With modern lighting systems, safe flooring, and landscaping, the football fields are becoming a meeting point for young people in the neighborhood. We are nearing completion of the football fields we started in the Ağırnas, Gesi, and Esenyurt neighborhoods to foster a love of sports and provide opportunities for young people to play football in healthier environments. Young people not only support their physical development on these fields but also learn team spirit and the unifying power of sports at an early age. This allows our young people to make productive use of their free time. Children and young people who spend time on football fields also stay away from harmful habits. Our investments in sports channel the energy of young people into the right areas and add dynamism to the life of our district.
