Melikgazi Municipality President Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu announced that an open tender will be held for 32 apartments owned by the Melikgazi Municipality in the Yıldırım Beyazıt and Kazım Karabekir neighborhoods on Friday, August 15th at 2:00 PM at the Melikgazi Municipality Theater Hall, and invited citizens interested in becoming homeowners.

This exemplary model, which enables citizens to own a home with a completely interest-free 25% down payment and 36 equal monthly installments, provides great convenience to citizens.

Seventeen of the 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartments are located in Yıldırım Beyazıt, while 15 are waiting for their new owners in Kazım Karabekir Neighborhood.

Mayor Palancıoğlu invited those who want to become homeowners to participate in the tender with this model, which offers a 30% discount for cash payments, a 20% discount for 12-month payments, and a 10% discount for 24-month payments. He said:
