41 FLATS OF MELIKGAZI WERE SOLD BY TENDER
Melikgazi Municipality sold 41 of the 50 flats in Kazım Karabekir, Küçükali and Anbar owned by the municipality through auction tender procedure, 9 of them were negotiated. The sale of 41 flats, owned by Melikgazi Municipality, was made by auction method.
Stating that 14 million 497 thousand TL was contributed to the budget of the municipality as a result of the tender, Mayor of Melikgazi Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, "All measures were taken in our tender, mask distribution and disinfection were made in the tender hall.
With the efforts of our municipality, our neighborhoods gain a brand new vision with urban transformation and renovation works. As Melikgazi Municipality, our urban transformation works continue in different areas.
Our 50 luxury ready-to-sit apartments built within the scope of these works were built in accordance with the new zoning regulation. The revenues to be obtained from the sales tender of the properties will return to Kazım Karabekir, Küçükali and Anbar Neighborhoods as social facilities, schools and landscaping services and will be a source for investments.
