Melikgazi Municipality has tendered the sale of 31 apartments owned by the municipality in the Yıldırım Beyazıt and Kazım Karabekir neighborhoods.

The municipality offers citizens the convenience of a 25% down payment and a 36-month fixed installment plan, all with no interest.

Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. stated that a large number of citizens participated in the tender held at the Melikgazi Municipal Theater. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, “Our tender was conducted in a completely public and transparent manner. We are carrying out on-site transformations of end-of-life buildings to improve the quality of life of our citizens living in Melikgazi. Thirty-one 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartments in the Yıldırım Beyazıt and Kazım Karabekir neighborhoods, which we completed as part of our urban transformation projects, are now available for sale. Integrating the properties under our ownership into the economy both increases our municipality's investment potential and offers new opportunities for our citizens. Those who want to own a home are now able to own modern and comfortable homes. The proceeds from the sale will be used for new social housing projects and new investments in our district. I wish our citizens, who have become homeowners with a completely interest-free, 25% down payment, and the option of 36 equal installments, the best of luck and a peaceful life.”
