The summer courses organized by the Melikgazi Municipality under the MELMEK program, which allowed children aged 7-14 to spend their summer holidays productively, have fun, and socialize, have concluded successfully.

Children Learned and Had Fun with Summer Courses

Providing information about the summer courses, which have been attended by approximately 10,000 students, Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, "The summer courses organized by the Melikgazi Municipality for our children every year during the holiday season have been successfully completed, and they have shown great interest. Contributing to the development of our children and young people is among our important duties. Training was provided in 23 areas, including mind games, model airplane construction, robotic coding, basketball, football, volleyball, painting, bağlama, guitar, taekwondo, gymnastics, and swimming, at 18 facilities. Throughout the summer, during the training sessions organized for children aged 7-14, children received both culturally enriching lessons and experienced a fun and educational holiday with various activities. These courses contribute significantly to both children's physical and mental development. Thanks to these summer courses, students develop their skills in many different areas and gain self-confidence. Furthermore, our children socialize and make new friends during these courses.
