4. 8.After the bids are prepared electronically via EKAP, they will be signed with e-signature and sent via EKAP together with the e-key regarding the bid until the tender date and time.

9.The bidders will submit their bids in the form of a unit price based on the total price calculated by multiplying the quantity of each work item and the unit prices offered for these work items. As a result of the tender, a unit price contract will be signed with the bidder on whom the tender was made.
