If the document used by a legal entity to demonstrate work experience belongs to a partner who owns more than half of the shares of the legal entity and is authorized to represent and manage the execution of contracts related to tenders to be held in accordance with Law No. 4734, it is mandatory to use an e-form document issued after the first announcement date by the trade registry directorates within the chambers of commerce and industry/chambers of commerce or by a certified public accountant or independent accountant, and showing that these conditions have been maintained continuously for the last year prior to the date of issuance.

Except for those undertaken for administrations within the scope of Law No. 4734, if the work experience gained from projects carried out abroad is used within a group of companies established based on majority shareholding pursuant to the second paragraph of Article 195 of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 dated 13/1/2011, it is mandatory to submit documents verifying this legal relationship and its duration.4.4. 8-Teklifler, EKAP üzerinden teklif mektubu ile ihaleye katılım belgesi ve diğer ekler kullanılarak hazırlanacak ve e-imza ile imzalanarak ihale tarih ve saatine kadar EKAP üzerinden gönderilecektir.
9-İstekliler tekliflerini, her bir iş kaleminin miktarı ile bu iş kalemleri için teklif edilen birim fiyatların çarpımı sonucu bulunan toplam bedel üzerinden teklif birim fiyat şeklinde vereceklerdir. İhale sonucunda, üzerine ihale yapılan istekliyle birim fiyat sözleşme imzalanacaktır.
