3.5. Start date of work	:	Within 5 days from the date of signing the contract, the site will be handed over and work will commence.

6- Only domestic bidders may participate in the tender. 7-It is mandatory for those who will submit a bid to the tender to log in to their EKAP account and download the tender document.

Offers will be prepared using the offer letter, tender participation certificate and other attachments via EKAP and will be sent via EKAP by signing with an e-signature until the tender date and time.

9- Bidders shall submit their offers in the form of unit prices, based on the total cost obtained by multiplying the quantity of each work item by the unit prices offered for those work items. Following the tender process, a unit price contract will be signed with the successful bidder.
