Offers will be prepared using the offer letter, participation certificate and other attachments via EKAP and will be sent via EKAP with an e-signature until the tender date and time.

9-Bidders shall submit their offers in the form of unit prices, based on the total cost obtained by multiplying the quantity of each work item by the unit prices offered for those work items. Following the tender, a unit price contract will be signed with the successful bidder.
