Kayseri province, Melikgazi district, “KÖŞK NEIGHBORHOOD” It has been put out to tender by closed tender procedure according to Article 35/a (Article 36) of the State Tender Law No. 2886.

1- The meeting will be held in the Melikgazi Municipality Council Hall on Nuh Naci Yazgan Street in Seyitgazi neighborhood.

I- The bidder must submit to the Administration the original or notarized copy of the document stating that there are no tax debts, obtained from the relevant tax office after the announcement date, or an e-certificate of no debt. J- The original or notarized copy of the document stating that there are no premium debts, obtained from the relevant Social Security Institution after the announcement date, or an e-certificate of no debt. K- The bidder's year-end balance sheet or equivalent documents for the year preceding the year in which the tender is held, work experience documents; L- The bidder's work experience documents (at least 80% of the estimated value) in the public or private sector, domestically or abroad, within the last 15 (fifteen) years

or a work experience certificate showing the relevant experience in the tender subject work or similar works that the administration has supervised or managed to the extent of at least 80%, and which is accepted as flawless by the administration, and a work experience certificate relating to a single contract with a value of not less than 20% of the estimated cost of the work, M- It is mandatory to submit the original of the Work Experience Certificate obtained within the last fifteen years for building construction works of class III B, valid as of the tender date, under the State Tender Law No. 2886 or the Public Procurement Law No. 4734, with a value of not less than 20% of the estimated cost, to the Administration and to submit a copy. In this case, a document issued by the trade registry offices within the chamber of commerce and industry/chamber of commerce or by a certified public accountant or independent accountant after the first announcement date and showing that this condition has been maintained continuously for the last year prior to the date of issuance. P- Subcontractors may be employed in the work subject to the tender with the approval of the administration. However, the entire work cannot be done by subcontractors. R- A technical personnel commitment letter requested by the administration will be provided. The Contractor, is obliged to have the technical personnel, whose number and titles are specified below, at the workplace according to the work schedule, from the date on which it is notified that the technical personnel it reported to the Administration have been approved.

If the Contractor, does not have the technical personnel, whose number and professional titles are specified above, on the job site according to the work schedule;

penalty is applied.

4- In applications to be made by mail, the offer must be in accordance with Article 37 of the State Procurement Law No. 2886 maddesine uygun hazırlanması ve teklifin ihale saatinden önce İhale Komisyonuna ulaşması şarttır. Postadaki gecikmelerden idare ve ihale komisyonu sorumlu değildir.

5- İhaleye katılmak için istenilen suret belgeler Noter tasdikli olacaktır.

6- İstenilen belgelerle birlikte teklif mektubu ile birlikte pay cetvelinin en geç ihale günü ihalenin yapılacağı saate kadar Melikgazi Belediyesi Kentsel Dönüşüm Müdürlüğüne verilmesi şarttır.İş bu ihale ilanı genel bilgi niteliğinde olup, kat karşılığı inşaat yaptırılması işinde, İhale Şartname hükümleri uygulanacaktır.

7 - İhale komisyonu ihaleyi yapıp yapmamakta ve en uygun teklifi tespit etmekte serbesttir.

8- İşin süresi iş yeri teslim tarihinden itibaren 30 (Otuz) aydadır.
