&n bsp; CONSTRUCTION WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN EXCHANGE FOR LAND SHARES From Melikgazi Municipality:In Kayseri province, Melikgazi district, “Aydınlıkevler Neighborhood” The tender is issued by closed tender procedure in accordance with Article 35/a (Article 36) of the State Tender Law No. 2886.
1- It will be held in the Melikgazi Municipality Council Hall, Nuh Naci Yazgan Street, Seyitgazi neighborhood. 2- Bidders must submit a letter of offer in accordance with the specifications to participate in the tender. together with; A- Having a legal residence, B- Declaration of address for notification in Türkiye and/or telephone, fax number (if any) and e-mail address for contact, C- Certificate of registration with the Chamber of Commerce and/or Industry or Professional Chamber as required by legislation; a) If a natural person, a document showing registration with the Chamber of Commerce and/or Industry or Professional Chamber, obtained within the year in which the first announcement regarding the tender was made, b) If it is a legal entity, a document obtained from the Chamber of Commerce and/or Industry where the legal entity is registered according to the legislation, within the year in which the first announcement regarding the tender was made, certifying that the legal entity is registered in the registry, c) If it is a joint venture, a document to be provided by each of the real or legal persons forming the joint venture according to the principles in (a) and (b), D- Notarized signature declaration / signature circular showing that it is authorized to submit a bid; a) If it is a natural person, a notarized signature declaration, b) If it is a legal entity, depending on the case, the Trade Registry Gazette showing the latest status of the legal entity's partners, members or founders and the officials in the management of the legal entity, or documents verifying these matters, and the notarized signature circular of the legal entity, c) In case of a joint venture, the documents to be provided by each of the natural or legal persons forming the joint venture according to the principles in paragraphs (a) or (b), E- In case of participation in the tender by proxy, the notarized power of attorney and notarized signature declaration/signature circular of the person participating on behalf of the bidder, F- If the bidders are a joint venture, the Joint Venture Declaration and the signed partnership agreement, G- Receipt document showing that the tender specifications and annexes of this work have been purchased, Economic criteria; H- Bidders will provide a temporary guarantee of 3% of the estimated price. The validity period of the offers is 90 days. İ- The bidder's J- The original or notarized copy of the document stating that there are no tax debts, obtained from the relevant tax office after the announcement date, or the e-document stating that there are no debts, must be submitted to the Administration. e- Submission of a document stating that there are no outstanding debts to the Administration, K- The bidder's year-end balance sheet or equivalent documents for the year preceding the year in which the tender is held, Work experience documents; L- A work experience document showing the relevant experience in the tender subject work or similar works, which the bidder has completed or supervised or managed in the public or private sector, domestically or abroad, within the last 15 (fifteen) years, with a value of at least 80% of the estimated value, and which is accepted as flawless by the administration, and relating to a single contract with a value of not less than 20% of the estimated value of the work, M- The original of the Class III B work experience certificate, valid as of the tender date, obtained within the scope of the State Tender Law No. 2886 or the Public Procurement Law No. 4734, for building construction works within the last fifteen years, with a value of not less than 20% of the estimated value, must be submitted to the Administration and a copy must be provided. It is mandatory. N- Engineering or architecture departments that will be considered equivalent to similar work are Civil Engineering or Architecture. It is possible for the experience obtained by engineers and architects with their graduation certificates to be used by legal entities in which engineers or architects have owned at least 51% of the shares for at least five years, or where both partners are engineers and have a 50%-50% partnership. Ö- If the document submitted by the legal entity to show work experience belongs to the partner who owns more than half of the shares of the legal entity, a document issued after the first announcement date by the trade registry offices within the chambers of commerce and industry/chambers of commerce or by a certified public accountant or independent accountant and showing that this condition has been maintained continuously for the last year prior to the date of issuance. P- Subcontractors may be employed in the work subject to the tender with the approval of the administration. However, the entire work cannot be done by subcontractors. R- Technical personnel commitment letter requested by the administration. will be provided. The Contractor is obliged to have the technical personnel, whose numbers and titles are specified below, at the work site according to the work schedule, starting from the date on which it is notified that the technical personnel it reported to the Administration have been approved.

| ENGINEER & ARCHITECT | A penalty of 1000 TL will be applied. 3- The Tender Specifications, Contract and its annexes can be viewed at the Melikgazi Municipality Urban Transformation Directorate address. They can be obtained from the same address upon payment of a 10,000 TL (TEN THOUSAND TL) file fee and receipt. It is mandatory for those who will submit a bid to purchase the tender documents. 4- In applications made by mail, it is mandatory that the bid be prepared in accordance with Article 37 of the State Tender Law No. 2886 and that the bid reaches the Tender Commission before the tender time. The administration and the tender commission are not responsible for delays in the mail. 5- The required copies of documents to participate in the tender must be notarized. 6- The bid letter and the share schedule, along with the required documents, must be submitted to Melikgazi Municipality Urban Transformation Directorate no later than the time of the tender on the day of the tender. It is mandatory to submit it to the Transformation Directorate. 7- This tender announcement is for general information purposes only, and the provisions of the Tender Specifications will apply to the construction work in exchange for a share of the building. 8- The tender commission is free to conduct or not conduct the tender and to determine the most suitable offer. 9- The duration of the work is 30 (thirty) months from the date of site handover. | ||||||||||||||||
