In accordance with the second paragraph of the first article, if used within the context of a group of companies established based on a majority of shares, it is mandatory to submit documents verifying this legal relationship and its duration.

8-Offers will be prepared using the offer letter, tender participation certificate and other attachments via EKAP and will be sent via EKAP by signing with an e-signature until the tender date and time.

11-Bidders shall provide a temporary guarantee in an amount they determine themselves, not less than 3% of the price they offer.
