If the document used by the legal entity to demonstrate its business experience belongs to its partner who owns more than half of the shares of the legal entity and is authorized to represent and manage the execution of contracts related to tenders to be made in accordance with Law No. 4734, it is mandatory to use a document in accordance with the e-form, which is issued by the trade registry directorates or a certified public accountant or an independent accountant financial advisor within the chamber of commerce and industry/chamber of commerce after the date of the first announcement and which shows that these conditions have been maintained uninterruptedly for the last year since the date of issue. 4.3.1.2.
