4. Conditions to participate in the tender, required documents and criteria to be applied in qualification evaluation:
4.1.In order for the bidders to participate in the tender, they must meet the documents and qualification criteria listed below and the price. They are required to declare information about the elements within the scope of their e-bids.
Information showing that you are authorized to bid xmlns:xs="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" 13px; text-align: justify; background-color: rgb(248, 248, 248);">4.1.2.1. Information regarding the partners and partnership rates (excluding shares offered to the public)/members/founders of the bidders, depending on their relationship with the officers in their management, is obtained from EKAP by the administration.
4.1.3.Offer letter, the form and content of which are determined in the Administrative Specification.
4.1.4.Temporary guarantee, the form and content of which are determined in the Administrative Specification.
4.1.5Subcontractors may be employed for the work subject to tender with the approval of the administration. However, the entire work cannot be outsourced to subcontractors. The bidders shall submit the list of the works they intend to have subcontractors do in the construction work subject to the tender, in the annex of the bid.
4.1.6If the document submitted by the legal entity to show work experience belongs to the partner who owns more than half of the shares of the legal entity, the document issued by the trade registry offices within the chamber of commerce and industry/chamber of commerce or by a certified public accountant or independent accountant after the first announcement date and showing that this condition has been maintained uninterruptedly for the last one year from the date of issue.
