According to the decision of our Municipality Council dated 13.01.2026 and numbered 52, in our district, in the area where the parcels numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of block 111, which are fully included in the application, are located in the Küçükbürüngüz Neighborhood, in accordance with the decision of Melikgazi Municipality Council dated 02.12.2019 and numbered 321, if the Development Partnership Share (DOP) exceeds 45%, the Development Partnership Share (DOP) of all or a portion of the immovable properties owned by our Municipality within the regulation boundary will be allocated during the application, and the zoning application studies and related parceling will be prepared in accordance with the article 18 of the Zoning Law No. 3194, based on the Revision Implementation Zoning Plan. I kindly request that you inform us that the plan, distribution and calculation tables be approved in accordance with Article 19 of the Zoning Law No. 3194, and that the approved parceling plan and distribution tables be posted on the Municipality's bulletin board and website for a period of 1 month, and then returned to our service with a record specifying the start and end dates of the posting.
