In the area where our District's Municipal Council, approved by decision number 476 dated 05.03.2025, has fully implemented the following land and plot arrangements: in the Osmanlı Neighborhood, parcel number 6 on island 3964; in the Eskişehir Neighborhood, parcels number 1 and 2 on island 6321; in the Esenyurt Neighborhood, parcels number 1, 2, 3, 4, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, and 66 on island 11389; and in the Battalgazi Neighborhood, parcel number 4 on island 13711; in the land and plot arrangements to be made in accordance with Article 18 of Zoning Law No. 3194; and based on the Revision Implementation Zoning Plan, in accordance with Article 18 of Zoning Law No. 3194. I would like to kindly inform you that the zoning implementation studies and the relevant subdivision plans, distribution, and accounting schedules prepared in accordance with Article 19 of Zoning Law No. 3194, the implementation articles of the Zoning Regulation for Plan Areas, and the Metropolitan Municipality Implementation Zoning Plan Notes, will be posted on our Municipality's bulletin board and website for one month. Following the posting, the plans will be returned to our service center along with a report specifying the start and end dates of the posting.
