With the decision of our Municipality Council dated 21.05.2026 and numbered 869, the land and plot arrangements to be made in accordance with Article 18 of the Zoning Law No. 3194 in the area where parcel number 13 of block 3249 and parcel number 2 of block 8349 are located in the Yıldırım Beyazıt Neighborhood of our District, which is fully included in the application, in accordance with the Melikgazi Municipality Council Decision dated 02.12.2019 and numbered 321, if the Development Partnership Share (DOP) exceeds 45%, the entire or a portion of the immovable properties owned by our Municipality within the arrangement boundary will be allocated as Development Partnership Share (DOP) during the application, and the zoning application studies and the related parceling plan, distribution and calculation tables prepared in accordance with Article 18 of the Zoning Law No. 3194, based on the Revision Implementation Zoning Plan, will be prepared. I kindly request that the plans approved in accordance with Article 19 of the Zoning Law No. 3194, the implementation articles of the Zoning Regulations for Planned Areas, and the Metropolitan Municipality Implementation Zoning Plan Notes be posted on our Municipality's bulletin board and website for a period of 1 month, and then returned to our service with a record specifying the start and end dates of the posting.
