Accepted by the decision of our Municipality Council dated 22.07.2026 and numbered 1322, the land and plot arrangements to be made in accordance with Article 18 of the Zoning Law No. 3194 in the area where the parcels numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 in block 10178, parcels numbered 58, 114 and 115 in block 10232 and parcels numbered 59 and 60 in block 10232, which are partially implemented, are located in the Kazımkarabekir Neighborhood of our District, and the zoning implementation studies and related parceling plan, distribution and calculation tables prepared in accordance with Article 18 of the Zoning Law No. 3194, based on the Revision Implementation Zoning Plan. I kindly request that the plans approved in accordance with Article 19 of the Zoning Law No. 3194, the implementation articles of the Zoning Regulations for Planned Areas, and the Metropolitan Municipality Implementation Zoning Plan Notes, be posted on the Municipality's bulletin board and website for a period of 1 month, and then returned to our service with a record specifying the start and end dates of the posting.
