According to the decision of our Municipality Council dated 21.05.2026 and numbered 867, the land and plot arrangements to be made in accordance with Article 18 of the Zoning Law No. 3194 in the area where parcels numbered 27, 30 and 31 in block 10290, parcels numbered 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9 in block 13706 and parcels numbered 5, 6 and 7 in block 13707, which are fully implemented, and parcel numbered 15 in block 10290 and parcels numbered 1 and 2 in block 10291, which are partially implemented, are located in Eğribucak Neighborhood of our District, and the Revision Implementation Zoning Plan will be taken as the basis for the land and plot arrangements to be made in accordance with Article 18 of the Zoning Law No. 3194. In accordance with Article 19 of the Zoning Law No. 3194, the implementation studies and the related parceling plan, distribution and calculation tables, approved in accordance with the implementation articles of the Zoning Areas Zoning Regulation and the Metropolitan Municipality Implementation Zoning Plan Notes, should be posted on the Municipality's bulletin board and website for a period of 1 month, and then returned to our service with a record specifying the start and end dates of the posting.
