According to the decision of our Municipality Council dated 23.06.2026 and numbered 1060, the parcels numbered 1 and 3 in block 4908, which are fully implemented in the Lower Merkep Square Neighborhood of our District, and the parcels numbered 1, 2, 3 and 4 in block 6207, parcels numbered 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 in block 10414, and parcel numbered 20 in block 10416, which are fully implemented in the Becen Neighborhood, are subject to the provisions of Article 17, paragraph (d) of the Regulation on Land and Plot Arrangements, under the heading of Principles of Preparation and Distribution of Parceling Plans; "Article 17 - (1 (d)) Shared land and plots remaining in the regulation area may be made independent, with the consent of the shareholders or without requiring consent if the actual use of the land is determined by the relevant administration, provided that there is no contrary provision in the zoning plan, by ensuring the minimum plot size specified in the zoning legislation..." In accordance with the provision, the separation of shares (in Becen Neighborhood, 10414 block, 4 plot) and the zoning implementation studies prepared in accordance with Article 18 of the Zoning Law No. 3194, based on the Revision Implementation Zoning Plan, and the related parceling plan, distribution and calculation tables, approved in accordance with Article 19 of the Zoning Law No. 3194, the articles of the Zoning Regulation for Planned Areas and the Metropolitan Municipality Implementation Zoning Plan Notes, will be posted on the Municipality's bulletin board and website for a period of 1 month, after the announcement.
