With the decision numbered 1185 dated 24.06.2025 and numbered 2942/4650 of the Council In accordance with Article 8 of the Expropriation Law No. 3194, an expropriation decision was taken in accordance with Article 18 of the Zoning Law No. 3194. In the land and plot arrangement applications to be made in accordance with Article 18 of the Zoning Law No. 3194, in the area where the Arrangement Partnership Share (DOP) is located, in accordance with the decision of Melikgazi Municipality dated 02.12.2019 and numbered 321, in case the Arrangement Partnership Share (DOP) is more than 45%, the property remaining within the arrangement boundary will be expropriated.
The real estates belonging to our Municipality are allocated to all or part of the DRegulation Partnership Share (DOP) during the implementation and the Revision Implementation Zoning Plan are prepared in accordance with Article 18 of the Zoning Law No. 3194 and the relevant subdivision plan, distribution and calculation schedules are prepared in accordance with Article 3194 of the Zoning Law No. 3194.I kindly request that it be approved in accordance with Article 19 of the Zoning Law, and that the suspension notice of the approved subdivision plan and distribution tables be posted on our Municipality's billboard and website for 1 month, and that it be returned to our service together with a report determining the start and end dates of the notice to be prepared after its announcement.
